"Tow Prepreg" refers to a bundle of fine carbon fibers or glass fibers called "tow," which is impregnated with resin and heated to maintain a state of tackiness at the B-stage (when the resin is partially cured). This intermediate material can be shaped into forms such as pipes and plates through dry filament winding molding that does not use resin.
